By accessing and using GoNow Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
GoNow Systems provides a logistics management and route planning platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to data and system manipulation.
All content and software on the GoNow platform are the property of GoNow Systems or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoNow Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
In no event shall GoNow Systems' aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US $100.00) or the amount you paid GoNow Systems, if any, in the last 12 months.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
